The Hargreaves Foundation supports Bolton Lads & Girls Club

The Hargreaves Foundation announces investment in Bolton Lads & Girls Club’s (BLGC) dynamic youth sports program. This funding aims to empower young people in Bolton, fostering personal development, leadership skills, and a positive growth mindset through sports.
Aligned with our commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people, this investment supports BLGC’s mission of creating healthier, happier, and safer communities. The ‘Sport Plus’ initiative, operational from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024, will run three weekly sessions at BLGC’s central youth club, Infinity, providing a holistic approach to community engagement.
Anticipated outcomes, including improved emotional well-being and increased leadership skills and confidence, align with The Hargreaves Foundation’s focus on empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
